How to Buy
Register
To start bidding on Supplydemy.com you’ll need to create an account with us. Please visit the Registration Page to get started. Resale certificates from our US buyers or tax IDs from non-US buyers are required. For more info on that check out our Buying Basics: Resale Certificate blog.
Shop
From the SupplyDemy homepage, you can search by category, condition, and shipping type. There are hundreds of auctions open for bidding at any given time. Find something you like? Be sure to login, review the auction manifests.
Bid
Our platform is auction based: the highest bidder wins. You can place one bid at a time and watch the process in real time, or you can place your maximum bid amount and the system will automatically bid in increments on your behalf. This is called Proxy Bidding. If you win, be on the lookout for a “Bid Won” email! Expanded condition description, and shipping information.
Pay
All auctions must be paid in Canadian Dollars, by wire transfer, within two business days of auction close. Wire instructions will be included in your "Bid Won" email and on your Order Details page after winning each auction. You can easily wire money from your bank (usually for a small fee that varies by bank); many banks allow you to send wires via their website.
Ship
Shipping is either provided by the seller or arranged by the buyer (this will be noted in the auction description under "shipping info"). For a Buyer Arranges Shipping order: pick up instructions and seller contact information are provided in the "Order Paid" email. If the shipping is arranged by Seller, a flat-rate fee will be applied to your order. The seller is obligated to ship the merchandise within two business days.
